Shadow Tag: A Novel – Louise Erdrich

Deception, dysfunction, and desperate love.

When Irene learns that her husband has been reading her diary she decides to manipulate him by writing phony entries that she knows he will read, all while keeping a 2nd “real” diary in a bank safe deposit box.

Shadow Tag is full of lies, deception, and hurt – so much so that the characters come to life in a really visceral way.

A quick and engaging read, Shadow Tag, will keep your attention and cause you to feel for the characters that Erdrich has created. Definately worth the read.
